Zimbabwe 2015 - missing data on non-use of contraception [message #23685]

I'm looking at the Zimbabwe 2015 DHS, and have been unable to find data on v632a, the decision-maker on non-use of contraception. This question does appear in the Zimbabwe questionnaire in the Final Report (question 820), but is NA in the women's recode file. Was this question actually asked, and is there data available on it? Thank you!
