Hi,
My co-researcher and I are looking at the Kenya DHS 1998 survey dataset on Stata. We are trying to find data for cause of maternal death. However, it looks like every case under mm11(_n) is completely empty - there are no observations. Does this data actually exist or was it not in the survey? We are asking because we have found some sources citing cause of maternal mortality stats from this survey and yet we cannot find any observations at all. We would be very grateful for any input.
