I am working on a study with regards the quality of Antenatal care (ANC) services in Nigeria using the 2013 DHS, i am considering 7 ANC components namely; took iron or syrup, took intestinal parasite drug, informed of signs of pregnancy complications, blood pressure taken, urine sample taken, blood sample taken and tetanus toxiod immunization.

However, i have issues with using the cutoff of "women who received 2 or more tetanus toxiod injections for the last live birth" as having adequate tetanus toxiod injection during ANC as some women might not require 2 or more doses during their last live birth due to previous immunization before pregnancy.

I also noticed that DHS did not include tetanus toxiod injection as part of the components of ANC in Table 9.3.

Furthermore, how do i replicate the figures for "last birth protected against neonatal tetanus" for the 2013 Nigeria DHS (Table 9.4)
