I just downloaded all of the STATA files for the 2016 Ethiopia DHS.

ETIR70FL.doc or ***.docx does not appear in either the sub-folder for the individual recode or the sub-folder for the male recode.

Without this .DOC/.DOCX file, I cannot know the country-specific variables and differences in the Standard Recode definitions.

In the case of Ethiopia, for example, this file is essential for understanding how birth dates are recoded from the Ethiopian calendar to the Gregorian calendar.

I have seen the instructions from the 2011 .doc file on how to do this, but I need to see the 2016 .doc file for other country-specific differences that are new to 2016 (such as collection of data from health facilities).
