I am attempting to replicate the MCV1 coverage estimated for Rwanda in 2014-15. Stat compiler suggests the coverage is up around 95%. However, I am finding the majority of respondents with 'no' for h9 (see attached).
Is there an additional variable that should be looked at to calculate MCV1 for this survey?
Thank you in advance for the help!

Hi - did you ever resolve this? I am also analysing this survey now and getting very low MCV coverage values for Rwanda 2014-2015.
Thanks!
