Hi there,
Hope everyone is doing well. I have recently been permitted to use GPS data. I included my co-author's name and email ID in the project account. Information on my co-author's institution was not asked in the online form. However, in the approval email that I received, my co-author's name or any details were not mentioned and also it was asked to mention my co-author's institution, if I had any co-author. I am not sure where to mention these details. Moreover, I need to share these data with my co-author. I sent them an email asking if it will be permitted but I haven't received any reply. Also, in case, at a later stage of our work, we get another co-author, how can we seek permission to share data with him/her? Kindly help me with these queries.
P.S. I am not criticizing anyone just because I did not receive any response of my email. I understand the prevailing situation has rendered timely delivery of any service difficult.
