Dear all,
I'm looking for Service Provision Assessment (SPA) and Service availability and Readiness Assessment (SARA) at the national level and for at least collected 3 - 5 times. Could anyone help me with this issue? I think it is not available on the DHS dataset on the website.

Dear User, The DHS Program does not have rights to distribute the Ethiopia: HIV/MCH SPA, 2013-14 data. You can contact the implementing agency, Ethiopian Public Health Institute (EPHI). Here is a link to their website.
