I would like to know if the female genital cutting module questionnaire was ever administered to men and women in the same households. The 2018 Nigeria Demographic and Health Survey Key Indicators Report states the female genital cutting module was implemented in the two-thirds of households that were not selected for the men's survey. Was this the case in 2003, 2008, and 2013? The reports for those years do not specify.
