I came to know that people have used it in their analysis in SPSS. I am using a stata DTA file which does not show this data. Please let me know if this information about Men's BMI is not available in DTA file as I don't have access to SPSS.

The same variables are present in the SPSS, Stata and SAS files. Regarding BMI for men, please use the HR or PR files.

Hello,
Why BMI for men in NFHS4 is calculated only for 107,529 observations (this figure is as per the report). I am using PR sheet for BMI of men .i.e. variable Hb40.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
Sujata
