Which weight should be used when we use couple file data? Men's ? Women's ? or we need to create any special weight for couple file?

For couples data you need to use the men's weight (MV005).

A strictly correct statistical answer is the household weight, as it does not have the non-response adjustments that the male and female weights have. These adjustments may account for differing non-response of each partner and may be sub-optimal.

However, the male weight is usually fine.
