Hi,

I am trying to get the smallest level of geographical disaggregation for the Wealth Index in the Burundi 2016-17 survey, to get a sense of the social environment of schools ( I am mostly working on the Ministry of Education's Education Management Information System (EMIS) data).

Is it possible to compute wealth index averages at a lower level than Province, or would there be representativity issues ?
