I am looking at Uganda 2011 and 2016 SPSS files for the Household Recode, Household Member Recode, and Women's recode. In the Codebook Manual, the disability related variables are named HDIS1, HDIS2 etc. However, I cannot find any of these variables in the downloaded files.
Could someone please help me out?

For country specific questions, the variables are generally named and coded in the same way as they were on the questionnaire. The variable will have a leading "SH" if the question was asked at the household level, a leading "S" if asked at the women's level, and a leading "SM" if asked at the men's level.
The questionnaires can be found in the appendix of the final report.
