Hello!
I am trying to replicate the wealth index that comes with the data and I am unable to do this. The only variable that is out of whack is land-ownership. The DHS claims the mean for this variable is 0.81 and I am getting 0.11. (And no, I am not tabulating the lack of ownership).
The land variable is not available in the asset section of the questionnaire and I calculated it from the men and women's work module.
Am I doing this wrong ? Would appreciate any insight.

if v707=0 or v707=1 or v740=0 or v740=1 then ownland=1;endif;
Whether the respondent or her husband works on her/his own land or on family land.
