Hi, DHS datasets from phase 7 are out, but there seems to be no Recode manual after DHS phase 6.
Pls advise

We are currently in the process of updating the DHS-7 Recode Manual. We will email you as soon as it is publicly available. In the meantime, please reference the DHS-VI recode manual at: https://dhsprogram.com/publications/publication-dhsg4-dhs-qu estionnaires-and-manuals.cfm .

There is no formal recode manual for SPA Surveys.

However, for a number of data released after 2011, there is an Excel file within the zip, that provides a description of how the variables in the questionnaires were recoded.
