Hello,

Per Appendix A in the Rwanda 2005 survey final report, there are 23 strata. Looking at the possible strata variables in the datasets, it looks like I need to cross hv024 with hv025. Is this correct?

Following is a response from DHS Senior Sampling Specialist, Mahmoud Elkasabi:

The answer is yes. The cross-classifications of hv025 and hv024 should result in the stratification variable.
