Dear all my respected DHS forum users,I have done my MPH Thesis Using 2016 Ethiopia DHS Data sets,But I need the variables Used to create Household Food Security Status. Can anyone indicate the variables? I didn't get them from the Data sets.

Following is a response from Senior DHS Stata Specialist, Tom Pullum:

If DHS used a scale for Food Security Status in that survey, we can provide documentation. However, if not, and you are constructing such a scale, you will have to do that on your own. We (the analysis staff) have looked and do not see such a scale, at least for that survey. Please let us know if we have missed it, and tell us where you found it.
