Please help in solving individual district level data analysis. For my institution, i am analyzing individual district data (in particular Chamarajanagar) from individual women's data of NFHS-4. In SPSS, i selected only chamarajanagar using IF commend, but my analysis report is not matching with stranded report.

This are the steps i used for analysis.

******Weight******

WEIGHT BY V005.

********Selection of District (chamarajanagar) ***********

SELECT IF SDISTRI = 578.

********** frequency of distrcit**********

FREQUENCIES SDISTRI.

Please let me know, what are the steps i suppose to use for individual district level data analysis.

Thank you

Yogish

Following is a response from Senior DHS Stata Specialist, Tom Pullum:

Sorry for the delay with this response.

We use Stata rather than SPSS here at DHS, but I may be able to answer the question IF you can provide more information. Apparently you are not matching some number that appeared in the DHS report. Please identify the specific table and report (the national report on the NFHS-4 or a state report?). What is the number given in the report and what is the number you are getting?
