I have a paper nearly accepted for publication. I just need the details of ethical approval for the Ethiopian data for 2011 and 2016. Can you please send me the details?

Dear all,I will have a mock defence of my project ( MPH Thesis) in the near future. But,My University needs the details of ethical approval of the Country and DHS Program for the Ethiopian DHS-2016 Data set. Can you please send me the details?
