Hello
I have three questions regarding the 2015 Egypt surveys (Individual health survey):
1. Is there difference between 2015 data in EDHS and EHIS final report?
2. Should I cite them differently in my paper? If no, which one is preferred?

I used Stata to download flat files from the DHS website for Egypt (2015).
Female sample in EHIS report =9209
Female sample in Individual dataset=8978 which means there is missing of 231 cases.
3. How can I interpret that?

Following is a response from DHS Technical Specialist, Shireen Assaf:

You can reference the final report for your paper. The recommended citation is: Ministry of Health and Population/Egypt, El-Zanaty and Associates/Egypt, and ICF International. 2015. Egypt Health Issues Survey 2015. Cairo, Egypt: Ministry of Health and Population/Egypt and ICF International.

For the female sample, are you using the EGIQ73 file? This is the individual file that includes both men and women. When I tabulate the sex variable I get 9209 females as stated in the final report, see below.
