Hello,

I need the number of woman and children by 5 wealth quintile to calculate inequality index. Does STATCOMPILER provide such information?

Thanks in advance.

You can request the denominators for women and children (broken down by wealth quintile) using a number of different indicators. In the link below, I'm getting the denominator for delivery in a health facility for children born in the last 3 or 5 years (some surveys are limited to 3 years, some go up to 5 years), and the denominator for whether the woman has secondary or higher education, each by wealth quintile. These give the total number of children and the total number of women in the quintile groups. Here I'm just providing them for the most recent surveys in Bangladesh and Benin, but you can modify this to include the surveys you are interested in.
