I work on the Liberian DHS 2013 GPS dataset in ArcGIS. I have created 1375 grid cells covering Liberia. Then spatial joined the DHS GPS data of population density assigning as mean values for all the respondents in each EA represented in a cell. The challange is only 100 of 1375 cells of DHS surveys are only representative for that location and cannot inform about nonsampled locations.

I want to do an interpolation, so all grid cells have information, but when I use the geostatistical analyst wizard it includes zeros in the interpolation. How do I fill the empty cells with interpolated predicted values, without the zeros counting?

As you can see in the diagram to the right. The zeros are really bad.

Thank you
