I'm currently looking at the Uganda 2011 individual dataset, and can't seem to find the Individual recode document (the Word doc in the dataset which lists the sections that were not used, added, etc.) Would anyone know where I could find this?
Thanks very much in advance!

You can easily see what questions were asked on the Uganda 2011 survey using a new tool, IPUMS-DHS (www.idhsdata.org).
Here's how:
1. At www.idhsdata.org, click on GET DATA.
2. Select WOMEN as your unit of analysis (this will access the variables in the IR file).
3. Click the SELECT SAMPLES button and choose Uganda 2011. Click "Submit Sample Selections."
You can then browse through the drop down Topics menu to see what questions were asked. X's indicate that a question was asked. Variable names are hot links that take you more information, such as the corresponding survey question.
BTW, you can also download datasets at IPUMS-DHS. To do that, login using your DHS Program username and password, and select the variables you want. When you have them all, click on VIEW DATA CART and follow the steps to get your data file. Your file can include data from just Uganda 2011, or from a combination of different surveys.
Hope this helps.
