Hi,

I am using data from three DHS surveys in Indonesia: 2002, 2007 and 2012. I would like to match individuals to district-level information (the second administrative level in the country). Could you point me to where I can access the district names and codes? Also, do the codes vary across the three surveys?

Hi,
I am actually also interested in the second administrative level district names and codes of the Indonesian DHS survey to match them to the individuals, in particular for the 2007 survey, but I see that this question has remained unanswered for about a month now.
Does anyone know where to find this information?

Has anyone found out anything about this? I'll try checking with BPS but I thought I would ask here too. I'm looking for subdistrict names for 2002 and 2007. Thank you!
