Dear all,

DHS conducts survey in developing countries. Is there any definition for classifying these countries, developing, least developed, middle income countries, upper middle income countries or the like, I badly need it!

Following is a response from Senior DHS Specialist, Kia Reinis:

Quote:
The DHS Program does not use the classification system you are referring to, and it does not define it. You can find how that classification is defined by the World Bank :

Helloo Dear Kia Reinis

Thank you very much for your explanation. I was wondering how DHS conducts survey in those countries, and if so any definitions.
