I am wondering if there is an estimate of when the data file for Guatemala's 2014-2015 ENSMI/DHS will be available.

DHS datasets are available after the final report is released for a particular survey. However, it's difficult to anticipate when final reports and/or datasets will be available, as their release depends on several factors. The data are generally released approximately 9-12 months after the last day of fieldwork, and on or after the publication of the final country report.
