Following is a response from Senior DHS Data Processing Specialist, Noureddine Abderrahim:

As stated in Appendix B, the three frontier governorates are Red Sea, New Valley and Matrouh. The household distribution is indicated in Table B.1: Red Sea is 94.6/5.4 U/R, New Valley 47.3/52.7 and Matroh 74.1/25.9.
