I'm using DHS data for research. I'm interested in working with anthropometric measures for men and women, but the microdata provides information only for women. Is men's anthropometric data available to public? Is there a particular procedure to access this data?

Dear User,
We have 24 surveys where we collected anthropometry data for men. These variables should be found in the household data. Check the recode manual for where to locate. Section HMA (RECHMA) P25 of The Standard Recode Manual http:// dhsprogram.com/publications/publication-DHSG4-DHS-Questionna ires-and-Manuals.cfm
Attached is a spreadsheet indicating the country and survey year(s) of these surveys. Thank you!
