How to read V101/V024: Type of Region [message #9339]

Dear DHS team and user

I need your help to analyse V024/V101 (type of region used in KR dataset, 2012 Indonesia DHS)
(I already seen the Recode and Map several times, and tried to find this type of question in this forum),
When I see the dataset V024/V101 produce numeric value (11-82), however in the DHS VI Recode/Map it is seemingly categorical: (1 Region 1, 2 Region 2, 3 Region 3, 4 Region 4). And, the Recode said that the code is country specific. I'm using SAS for school, just a beginner. Please, please your help to analyse the V024/V101, What the code 11-82 mean? How I can read/analyse the code? Thank you.
