Wondering how to interpret the Component Score Coefficient Matrix to determine which assets are given the most weight. I am looking at Mali 2006 DHS, the PDF of the key results of the Principle Coefficient Analysis. I would like to know which assets carry the most weight in Mali.

The assets with the largest positive or negative values in the Component Score Coefficient Matrix are the assets that carry the most weight. The excel spreadsheet that can be found on the Wealth Index Construction page shows the formulae used to calculate the scores.
