One of the main reasons to link DHS and facility data is to examine the relationship between programs offered (or infrastructure) at the facility, and nearby program coverage in the community. Two Questions:
1. The survey is conducted over a few months during the course of a year. How important is it to align your facility data (if its from a routine system) against those months for each cluster?
2. Assuming you have a SPA census and a DHS Household survey for the same country, how far apart (temporally) can they be for various health outcomes, before any relationship you are examining becomes too tenuous?
