Hello, This is Anjali, a research scholar in India.

I am trying to study the contraceptive switching behaviour in an Indian state but
am unable to decode the VCAL variables to fetch the information regarding contraceptive
switching behaviour and reasons for the switches. I work in SPSS. Just hope someone can help.

We are working on preparing a tutorial on using the reproductive calendar (VCAL) and hope to make this available in the past few months. In the meantime I recommend reading the "Model Further Analysis Plan: Contraceptive Use Dynamics" ( http://www.dhsprogram.com/publications/publication-FA59-Furt her-Analysis.cfm) that provides useful information about the calendar.

Thank You so much for the reply. I have already gone through "Model Further Analysis Plan: Contraceptive Use Dynamics", but am unable to get the CAL2SPSS program and DYNPAK. I request you to guide me through this.
