I am trying to find the maternal mortality rate or ratio within the Rwanda data for 1992, 2000, 2005, 2010, is anyone able to advise me on where within the recodes/ variables I could find it or the best way to calculate it from which existing variables please? Any help would be really appreciated.

I believe that people have used the "sibling history module" to do this, and it appears (from this paper at least) that they did do the module in Rwanda, at least for some years. So that might be a good place to start (plus it provides references that might have more detailed methodological descriptions):
