Those M38(which refer to if a child was given something in a bottle with nipple) include expresses breast milk as well.

Dear User,
That is correct. It would be anything that is in the bottle.
From our Standard Recode Manual:

Whether the child drank anything from a bottle with a nipple during the previous day and
night.
