Hi,
During a comparison of child health indicators across all DHS surveys I noticed a potentially incorrect value for indicator CH_VACC_C_BAS ("Fully vaccinated (8 basic antigens)") in StatCompiler and API for India (IA2020DHS).
StatCompiler currently reports CH_VACC_C_BAS = 6.0%. ( https://api.dhsprogram.com/rest/dhs/data/IA?selectSurveys=by Indicator&indicatorIds=CH_VACC_C_BAS). The NFHS-5 final report (FR375, p. 325 - https://dhsprogram.com/pubs/pdf/FR375/FR375.pdf#page=360) states: "In India, 77 percent of children age 12-23 months received all basic vaccinations at any time before the survey." Tables also correspond to this.
The individual vaccine components in StatCompiler for the same survey are all consistent with the report and near or above 80%. I think the 6.0% value may have been swapped with another indicator. The same indicator by sex, location, etc, all seem low (near 5 - 6%)
I am not sure if this is still active as a forum, but maybe other users can be helped by this note anyway.
Diego
