Hi,

Has anyone calculated total wanted fertility rates for India using recent DHS data? If so, please share the codes.
Is there any Stata package for total wanted fertility rate, similar to tfr2?

Following is a response from DHS staff member, Tom Pullum:

A Stata routine to produce the wanted fertility rates is given in attachment. This runs within the standard DHS program for fertility rates. A complete program is given in the DHS GitHub programs for Chapter 6 of the final report.
