I am currently working with DHS/NFHS 5 data and seeking guidance on merging the individual-level children (KR & BR), men, and women (PR) files into a single household file (HR). My goal is to conduct an analysis at the household level and subsequently integrate this data with GPS cluster information.

Could you please provide detailed steps or best practices for performing these mergers effectively? Additionally, any advice on managing potential issues related to variable harmonization and data consistency during the merging process would be highly appreciated.
