I have a question about the Afghanistan SPA 2017-2018 survey. Q400A in the facility recode dataset was recoded using V102D, which is the number of staff for a specific type of staff. I believe there are 21 types: V102D_01 to V102D_21. However, the types of staff for V102D_01 to V102D_21 are not available, and also there is no Afghanistan SPA 2017-2018 survey questionnaire on the IPUMS-DHS website. Thank you!

Following is a response from Senior Data Processing Specialist, Claudia Marchena:
That is correct, Yang, V102D stores the number of staff for a specific type of staff. Please use V102A variable that stores the type of staff you are looking for.
Yes, IPUMS-DHS website only stores DHS (household-based surveys) questionnaires. The questionnaires for Afghanistan SPA would be found in the Final Report, but unfortunately the reports were removed "temporarily" at the request of USAID, to protect the identity of any individual connected with the survey. In this case, we will send you the questionnaires directly to your email address.
