Hello All,

My colleague and I are interested in better understanding three indicators related to HIV risk for women. We are curious if there is data on what percentage of women in the following categories used any modern contraceptive during last sexual intercourse:

- Higher risk sex in the last year
- Higher risk sex (with multiple partners amongst all respondents)
- Women who had sex with a non-marital, non-cohabitating partner

We are interested in collecting data on this for all countries where these indicators are included in DHS surveys. Thank you

Ryan

Following is a response from DHS staff member, Tom Pullum:

Your question is actually very diffuse. We do not have a way to search through DHS questionnaires with this kind of detail. You may check this page on the website: https://www.dhsprogram.com/topics/HIV-Corner/index.cfm. Few DHS surveys, if any, have included such specific questions.
