Following is a response from DHS staff member, Tom Pullum:
As you know, weighted and unweighted subtotals are usually different. But the difference between 119 and 200 is probably too large to be explained that way.
A pregnancy of 7+ months is a B or T preceded by 6 or more months of P. Could it be that you are using a 7 rather than a 6 for the preceding number of Ps? I cannot go through your SPSS code but that's my suspicion.
