Why DHS survey of Bangladesh did not measure height, weight, blood pressure, and blood glucose for all adults? I need a detail explanation with reference.

Following is a response from DHS staff member, Tom Pullum:

Normally this would be v457 in the IR file. However, I opened the file (BDIR7RFL.dta) and I see that this variable is NA. The corresponding variables for children (hw57_1 through hw57_6) are also NA. Apparently hemoglobin measurements were not included in this survey. Decisions about whether to include hemoglobin and anemia are made by the country, not by DHS.
