I need to match healthcare facilities for two Nepalese SPA datasets 2015 and 2021. Currently, I used GIS data lat and long and calculated the distance between GIS data for 2015 and 2021. As far as I know, random error was introduced to deidentify facilities. If this is the case, was this error consistent across two years. Thank you. Hoping for your help asap.
