The NFHS-5 questionnaires will be available in Volume 2 of the final report, which is expected to be released very soon. Once Volume 2 has been released, it will be available on the IIPS website and the DHS Program website.

Thank you for such a quick response! I need to cross check whether a specific question's wording was changed from the 2015-16 to 2019-21 rounds for my master's dissertation. Is it possible that I can write a query to just verify the wording and order in the module of that question? The responses are my main outcome of interest. Please let me know if this is possible.
