I am trying to replicate Nepal Health Facility Survey 2021 table 6.4 Testing capacity using SPSS recode file. However, I couldn't replicate Urine protein and Urine glucose. I am using variables V851A, V851B, V462B, V462C but either way, my result didn't match with the table. Similarly, I get some variation with Table 6.6 especially for iron and folic acid even after combining folic acid tablets and the iron. How much of variation is acceptable? for example in the table 7.3, I got 27.3% for staff trained in delivery care against 29.2% in the table. I really appreciate for your help to solve these discrepancies. I have used weight for calculations divided by 1000000. Many thanks.

Hello,
I can provide you with the Stata code to construct the geo-ecological region. I hope you can use this to translate to SPSS code.
To get this variable you need to recode the district variable as follows:
recode district (101 102 103 301 302 303 402 403 601 602 603 604 605 701 702 703=1 Mountain) (104 105 106 107 108 109 110 114 304 305 306 307 308 309 310 311 312 401 404 405 406 407 409 410 411 501 502 503 504 505 506 606 607 608 609 610 704 705 706 707 =2 Hill) (111 112 113 201 202 203 204 205 206 207 208 313 408 507 508 509 510 511 512 708 709 =3 Terai), gen(ecoregion)
gen wt=facwt/1000000
tab ecoregion [iw=wt]
This weighted tabulation matches table 2.3.1 in the Final report.
Best,
