Rwanda has changed their way of grouping provinces by decreasing the number from 12 to 5 since 2016 (I believe).

I am analysing the STATA version of datasets and I cannot find 5 categories of provinces but only 12 provinces from the region variable (v024).
Can you let me know how the regrouping has done from 12 to 5? or do you have a separate variable for 5 provinces for DHS 2005 and 2000?

I found it for Rwanda DHS 2005 from the variable called sregnat.
However, still, I cannot find for 2000 survey. Can you please help? I am using children data (KR)
