Hello,

I was looking at the recently released Mauritania 2019-21, and noticed there was an unusually high number of missing values for v525 (4237 missing), and an unusually low number of zero's (34). I was curious if there is something going on here, or how to interpret the missing values. I didn't see it mentioned in the documentation.

Following is a response from DHS Senior Data Processing Specialist, Keith Purvis:

This question was only asked of ever-married women due to cultural reasons. The variable V525 is set to system missing (skipped) for never-married women (V501=0).
