Hi, I have two questions:

1) Is there a country wise codebook for each wave? For instance, in the 2011 DHS dataset for Bangladesh there is a subdistrict variable "shupazila" - it would be great if you could provide me with more details of that variable.
2) In line with question 1, can I identify the households in other waves (particularly before 2011) by subdistrict or district level? While region wise (hv024) data is very helpful, further micro-level information would be more useful for my research.
