Hello,

I am trying to reproduce table 13.9 of the Nepal Demographic health survey 2016 report in STATA but my results are slightly different from the published ones. I have used the couple's database and the code available here: https://github.com/DHSProgram/DHS-Indicators-Stata/blob/mast er/Chap13_HK/HK_TEST_CONSL.do

Please find attached my code.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Following is response from DHS Research & Data Analysis Director, Tom Pullum:

What is it, specifically, that you do not match? Do you match the bottom row of the table? Do you match the weighted frequency (1,978) in that row?

Thank you for your reply.

According to this command "sum hk_hiv_consl_anc [iw=wt]", I only have 478 observations.
I do not understand how I can obtain information for 1,978 women who gave birth in the past 2 years. "sum agec [iw=wt] if agec<24" command also indicates 478 observations.

I found the error: I was using the couple database and not the individual one.

Thank you for your help.
