Hello,
I am having trouble weighting the Uganda 2016 IR data because, after stratification, one of the PSUs in v022 (south buganda island-urban) only has a value of 1. What is the best approach to correcting this?
Combining the PSU with another one? Removing the observation from the dataset?

Following is a response from DHS Senior Sampling Specialist, Mahmoud Elkasabi:

The south Uganda island-urban has two clusters so I'm not sure where the problem is.

Anyway, to deal with single PSU strata, you can collapse strata, where the single-PSU-stratum can be combined with an adjacent stratum.
