I am kindly requesting help on how to calculate the wealth index that does not include the type of fuel and access to electricity variables.

You can find information on the construction of the wealth index at https://www.dhsprogram.com/topics/wealth-index/Wealth-Index- Construction.cfm. You would need to replicate this approach, but dropping the variables that you do not wish to include.
