Hello DHS forum users,

After downloading the Geospatial Covariates files (for a large number of samples), I noted in the codebook that this variable should include 3 units: (1) rural cells; (2) urban clusters; and (3) urban centers.
However, the files contain 0-3. Does anyone have an idea about what the 0 stands for in this case?

I followed the link provided for the citation but this is not very clear. In one place I read that 0 may refer to unpopulated. That is quite interesting, as clearly people were living there and were surveyed. globe_r2016a

If someone has experience with this variable and can share their insight, it would be greatly appreciated!
